About me

From an early age, I have always had a strong passion for artistic and craft based work. When I started to practice art at a more professional level it was evident that this is what I wanted to do.

After a foundation course in graphic design, I felt that a more hands on approach to art was more suited for me and I went to Italy to study the old masters painting techniques. I thoroughly enjoyed furthering my fine art skills and spending long hours in a studio. Missing the sociable aspect of painting I decided to enroll in a short course in make-up and hair at the London College of Fashion which I very much enjoyed. I went on to studying hair and make-up for three years in Berlin and passing with a first class honours degree.

Since my graduation I have worked for various Opera and Theatre Productions, Festivals, Films and Television Shoots developing my skills and passion for make-up artistry further and further, whilst still painting at a shared studio as a hobby.
